    As they arrive, no. But if you de-stitch the fxed link, and tuck the free end under, yes. I have done it with one of the other ones suoplied via an MWR member.

    Jackostraps or Silvermans do an MN with both ends open. This is fine for fixed bars (I've got one on my CWC). Once fitted friction keeps the ends secure.
