Repairs for a really old Zenith LED

So my local guy couldn't fix it, they sent it off to zenith who couldn't fix it due to lack of spare parts.
It's Quartz and LED, zenith won't even replace the batteries for fear of breaking something apparently.

So anyone on here can do quartz?
