Best place for case and bracelet finishing?

Hi
My father wants his TT sub the 16613? And his breitling TT refreshed.
I have heard good things about watchworks, but also recently I had sent a watch to swisstec and it was refinished came back looking awesome. Would anyone recommend swisstec for the above mentioned work or anyone else I should consider?

Watchworks I can highly recommend, Swisstec I've no experience of.

I spoke to watch works few weeks back, send a nice chap. He informed me he wasn't taking any new work for a while as he was having treatment for cancer. Just a heads up.

Breitling HQ UK in Kent will do a bracelet only refinish for £70 and a case for £185 - without a service.
