    Tool-chrono suggestions?

Looking for a tool-chrono with following criteria...

Lightweight: max 150g if on bracelet, or up to 100g head only (ideally less)
    Ideally titanium on titanium bracelet
    No-polished bits!...or mostly matt - blasted/brushed finish
    Easy to read
    Good lume
Day/date - but with date at least
    Timing bezel

    My thoughts so far!...

    B42 titanium chrono
Sinn 103 titanium - not sure if too thick at 17mm

    Thoughts and suggestions please chaps

    Cheers

Thanks, although I think that may be a little small.

    Should've said ideally 42mm ish.

For rough tough tool watches with best scratch resistance the nickel free ice hardened steel of damasko takes some beating

Thanks, I also forgot to list that I'd like a timing bezel too!

I never thought of damaskos as being particularly lightweight
Good luck everybody. Have a good one.

Surely you would consider the Aerospace as well? Date can be left on the dial if you need it?

The bezel action of a Damasko is excellent.

I don't like the AR coating. Does my head in. Was wiping the watch every five minutes to get rid of the oily swirls. Plus the lume is sh! T

The obvious choice for this brief is the EZM1, except for the countdown bezel........

So how about this, the Tutima 750-02

Or even better, but rarer, the Commando II with bezel, ultimate clarity

There are Omega PO chronos in Ti, but they are all large. Lume is good though

My experience with Damasko was that the lume was not up to snuff. Bright, but not at all long-lasting, but I only owned one and it was a while ago, so they could have improved it.

Breitling Avenger M1??? Ultimate specification, being able to use the chronograph all the way down to the bottom of the 1000m WR, although I found the lume weak on mine.

How about the rather lovely IWC Aquatimer 3719 of old (internal bezel). Ti, and lovely?

Quite a lot to choose from

    Dave

After a bit of research today I was leaning towards a DC66, but lume comments above have put me off a little, but not completely!

The plan formulating in my shell-like was to go for an eta Pelagos and a DC66, but now, after Dave's suggestion above, I'm wondering if the IWC would 'kill to birds with one stone'?....any thoughts???

    Cheers

No, but I was looking at one as well and then a tool-chrono and just wondered if the IWC combined the diver of the Pelagos with the 'tool-chrono' of the DC66?

    Cheers

I only like the 3536. Not a chrono though.
Good luck everybody. Have a good one.

I have the IWC Ingeneiur AMG Chrono (the older one) - it is fantastic, the Ti is brilliant and fits your criteria fully apart from the timing bezel! Have a look at it anyway, maybe worth the compromise ;)

    Ezm1 centre chrono 60 mins.

Ezm10 looks nice if you want subdials

Always been one of my favourites....

Available in Aluminium, Magnesium or Gold. Be careful with it if you buy one though as despite the tool-look style they're perhaps not the most robust. My wife has the Alu 38mm chrono as a daily wear and it does have a habit of falling to pieces on a reasonably regular basis.

If you don’t like the double-sided AR, the you can choose the single-sided AR option when buying Damasko. I did and it’s a lot better than the double AR; no oily swirls!

I don’t know why people bother with double-sided AR coatings, when a good single-sided AR works perfectly.

I bought mine used. Single AR wasn't an option.
