    Car boot sales

It’s the season when the car boot enthusiast is out in force in Lincolnshire

I don’t normally frequent them but Mrs Macca wanted to look for some furniture to restore so along I went to supervise the children.

She found nothing, accompanied by my 7 year old however had a rummage in a house clearance that was for sale...

Ended up spending 7 of my English pounds on this very cool smiths 3 second face stop watch (fully working) and these awesome tinplate pencil tins, any of you 80s/90s kids will probably have had one of these as I did! Well I had 2 on my shelf for years and still have them..

Anyway, let’s do something a little different, want to see some car boot bargains as I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s found some interesting things

The tins are in the garage so I’ll dig them out and post later

Deco mantle clock. I'm going to give this to Carlton-Browne but don't tell him, it's a surprise

That’s beautiful, how much did you snag that for?

You're not supposed to tell C-B how much it cost. It's bad manners.

Ok so I’ve managed to dig out the full haul, put them away while diy is underway in the garage/man cave
