If it's a dive watch, shouldn't it be set to 60?

That really depends if I'm using it or not.

I leave it where it is, it's a memory of last time I used it.

I guess I usually DO set it back to zero if it's not there, but it doesn't bother me.

I was close to going in a shop and asking them to straighten the bezels on the display watches the other day.

    It was driving me crazy.

I leave the bezel set as it was last time I actually used it.

Glancing at the watch for whatever reason and seeing the bezel set reminds me of it's last use. Normally makes me smile at the memories. Even just typing this has reminded me.

When not in use, it should be at 12

Another vote for leaving it at 12 when not being used.

Yes, 12. Like all things there is a correct way, bezel at 12, shoes always polished hair neat etc. Fail to follow the way and you are a slacker....... :)

It’s usually set to whatever the last thing was I was timing but if I’ve got a few minutes to fiddle or I’m waiting for the wife to get her arse in gear I’ll set it back to 12 after looking at my watch every 30 seconds whilst thinking “please hurry the **** up dear”

    Back to 12

Back to 12, but only if I notice it's not. I don't look to check.

Same here. The difference is, I WILL notice- every time I look at it.

    Reset to 12.

Doesn't really bother me if not reset, however ... providing it's not within a few minutes of 12 either side. That looks like a mistake and drives me bonkers!

Always. Maybe a bit anal. But that's where it's set if not in use.
