Looks like an amazing worry free value beater.
you might think its a POS, but where else will you get a watch with a steel bracelet , 10 year battery and a little map of the world on it for 15 quid?

Good luck everybody. Have a good one.
Looks like an amazing worry free value beater.
Nice one OP! Couldn't resist for that money.
Fantastic value for money, but - as I always try to remind myself - only if you don't already have a cheap watch. I have at least half a dozen bought on the pretext of being a "holiday watch" so I managed to dissuade myself from buying one of these.
My mates got one of these and they are a POS. But even I couldn’t resist lmao
Got this as a beater from Argos same price at the moment along with a few other deals on watches for Father’s Day
Fantastic watch for kids too. Lots of functions and buttons.
I think they are dead cool as long as you’ve got good eyesight.
What's not to love, low budget bond G757 kicks :D
Thanks, one on its way for the boy, he will love the gadget features!
Cheers..

Well, I may be hoping he doesn’t like it. 😁

Mmmm...i'm not sure whether 5 alarms are enough?
Never new they made watch cases from this strange material called "plastica"!
Bought one yesterday for my son to take on holiday , already bought myself a GW-5610 G Shock
Also at Argos I think https://www.argos.co.uk/product/9106967
Oops I thought you said a tenner op.
Still a bargain at 15 quid.
or maybe a marlin?
£60 i know, but a very nice quartz diver
Casio Men's Core MDV106 on amazon uk
The ‘Casio Royale’ is lovely piece if you like a digital watch with plenty of features. Great price at under £15.
Bought one today for my watch mad Grandson's birthday (13) from Argos.😄
Mine came today for Harry (11) he loves it, looks a bit big on him but I’ll not get it off him now!
Thanks for the heads up David.
Mine came today too. Bigger and thicker than expected. Anyone care to explain how to remove links / size the bracelet please???
Mine arrived today and I'm very pleased with it, bigger than expected and perfect for work etc... thanks for the heads up.
Only trouble is, I was hammered when I saw the heads up late Friday after a night in the pub and spammed the amazon button and ordered twice! So an unexpected gift for my son.
Mine arrived today. Can't wait to get home and adjust the bracelet so I can wear it. It feels like a solid piece of kit for £14
Excellent! Amazon price now slightly more.

Aww, Argos wouldn't sell me one because I don't have a relationship with them but they have put me on "the list".
A small flathead screw driver just behind the tiny knob at the arrow end and push down and out. Once the end is out I take the needle nose pliers and pull the remainder out. You need to do this on two links then unhook the centre piece from the thin metal bar, unhook the main link and repeat until you have the correct fit.
For reference, my wrist is 7" and I've left 3 links on the top side (12 o'clock) and two on the 6 o'clock side. Perfect fit
with some friends
paid £10, Argos and a Quidco voucher
Thanks

I went to Argos but they wouldn’t sell me one. Don’t live close enough, you have to be a ‘local’ apparently.
I have established a good relationship with my local Argos store over the years and although they couldn’t offer a further discount, they did hold it for 7 days!
Thanks for the heads up David!
Just received mine from Amazon, sized and set it.
Great little knockabout watch for the money.
Apologies for the rubbish iPhone pic, but you get the idea!
OP - thanks for the heads-up!
Gordon Bennett, I've shortened a few watch bracelets in my time but this one has nearly killed me!
And I don't know who the watch was designed for but I need to take out twice as many links as I usually do.
That aside, it's quite a nice change to go back to my youth and have a digital watch.
I don't bother removing links anymore.
I just eat enough pie and chips until the watch fits.
Good luck everybody. Have a good one.
Some geezer just came round the house and was actually wearing one of these. Looked pretty good tbh.
Good luck everybody. Have a good one.
Can't go wrong at this price.
Reminds me that I have wanted a Casio CA-90 for about 35-40 years. Anyone got one stashed away?
It’s not too bad actually, a small tip screwdriver ( gash one, not your best! ) to push the pin piece in the direction of the arrows on the underside of the bracelet, and a set of small pliers to pull the pin piece out when there is enough showing to grip onto. The Center links unhook from the neighbouring links but that’s easier seen than explained.
Cheers..
