    Hi Rustybin5,
yes I have the Tudor it’s a fantastic beast been wearing it now daily for the last 8ish weeks.
Only small gripe I have is I find it a tad top heavy on the bracelet. Will have to order the nato in the new year and see how I get on.

Right, I have decided I want one! Anyone know what the current wait is like for these? Going to try Ernest Jones at the weekend to see if I can get on a list.

Just tried one on at Prestons Rolex Leeds and have to say loved it.Would have had it there n then but was spoken for!!
I've got my name down on a couple of list so hopefully should not be long but trying it on has certainly made my mind up.

I was quoted anything from 12-18 months at the start of December (for bracelet). About half that on leather and half again on nato.

I put a WTB on here and had one within a couple of days.

My local dealer reckons you can get one on either strap as soon as the end of Jan.

They're saying September for one on the bracelet.

Yes. This IS frowned upon I’m afraid. I think you should delete the post since it’s a sales post.

Says the guy who quotes the post so it's still visible even after the offender deletes the original post.

He already stealth sold it on an earlier post wanting £3000 paid £2790 and now apparently sold it for £3200. Sounds a great guy.

I would say these are getting easier to find and I can't understand them going for a premium.

I have been offered two in the last month. Last one was from Goldsmiths Trafford Centre and I didn't bother to go for it.

I went into Goldsmiths today to enquire. The sales assistant took my details for the list and said I should get a call within a couple of months. He said they are starting to come through now and many people on the list are turning them down so it shouldn’t be a long wait.

Cry me a river, i can sell something I own for what ever price someone is willing to pay for it. Don’t be mad!

Also I ended up selling it to someone who comes to my shop who just happens to be on here as well. What he does with it now is his business!

So how can I sell something twice? Especially if it’s a stealth sell... whatever that means.

No I was referring to the fact he advertised it for sale despite not having access to SC, and looking at his wording he was perfectly aware he was circumventing the rules. Hence the stealth.

Cry you a river? I couldn’t give a toss whether you sold your watch or for how much, but you DO seem to think you are special since you think it’s ok to sell on tz without achieving the necessary requirements. You knew exactly what you were doing.

Yeh proper stealthy with that one. In a public forum with everyone to see.. you’re a regular detective. Solved any other mysteries recently Sherlock?

Surely the buyer can confirm if it was just a coincidental walk into his shop or the stealth sales post that secured the watch?

I know jimmy who bought it, he ended up buying it along with another watch. The post had no impact at all. Just upset a few people so I deleted it. I think sometimes people confuse the internet with the real world!

There aren't many rules on this forum; those that exist have clear reasons behind them. Breaking them is typically rewarded with a ban. If you hadn't deleted it, it would have been deleted for you, eventually.

You posted so many references all over the forum (with different prices each time), missed to delete some of it??

Well, you apologised after you did achieve the desired result through your rule breaking. Right?

Suppose you are one of those rather asking for forgiveness than for permission?
