    Identify this wreck.

Out walking with the kids and dog earlier and came across this. Now I’m pretty good at identifying cars but this one eludes me.

    Identify this wreck.

If the buyer decides to move it on then please let me know.

Those ‘scars’ tell a story, would be a shame to see it restored.

    Same exhaust at rear

It's definitely a Touareg - I have one like the white one above, but in metallic blue (not that that's relevant...)

I think it was a fairly new one also.
So clever my foot fell off.

I think it's a Dacia Duster (maybe an older version than this):

Some people really need to get their eyes checked haha. (Or are there more in house jokes - I get the slow worm & mx5 but Saab? Dacia?).

You’ve even got a pic in front of you to study! God help us if some of you ever need to describe a hit n run driver in a VW to the police! Some poor sod sat at home with his Dacia or Saab on the drive will be getting his collar felt

Touareg R-Line on 21” wheels. The nerd in me knows this as was looking at them to buy a year ago.

Same base shell as the last model Cayenne btw, built in the same factory in Bratislava

The Audi Q7 uses the same platform as well.

I've come round to the Touareg way of thinking. The rear quarter window and C pillar looked wrong, but I suppose they're covered with glass on an intact car. I had discounted the wheels as a method of identification, as they aren't 'fixed' and might not be original.

    was thinking q5 or touareg

Strange picture as one the wheels look undamaged plus the car still has its wheels.

That or the later R-Line PLUS that came with 21" wheels, panoramic roof and 12 way electric seats.

Shame to see it like that - probably an upset PCP customer whose end of contract GFV didn't deliver the equity carry-over into a new deal. (pure speculation!)
