    I’ll start seen as I’ve been messing around with straps all night.

    It's one of a series of models made from the mid- to late-60's, some of which ended up either issued or supplied through the support offices set up to supply US military personnel in Vietnam. I've no idea whether this particular model was used for that purpose but its design language suggests that that is what it was intended for.

    From what I understand these watches were worn by SOG ( Special Operations Group ) in Vietnam. Ver nice watch.
