Not sure it's entirely legal, but made me smile

Spotted this morning on my way to buy a paper (some of us still do that).

You don't need a number plate on the front if registered before Sept 2001, just a rear. Like the skeleton finger though!

You don't need a number plate on the front of any motorcycle Rod.

    Excellent.

And better than the number plates that used to run in-line with the front mudguard. I remember my Father saying they used to act like a knife.

What am I missing, apart from the skeleton finger? What's all the reg plate talk? Isn't Kymco the manufacturer?

    It's late, I don't care, I'm off to bed...

Must be the skeleton hand/finger? Being at the front and pointy? Bike also has skeleton hand mirrors too which made me smile.

I suspect that the hand/finger ornament would be considered dangerous and therefore illegal.

Spotted this morning a black Ford Kuga with slightly gothic letters for number plate, and a number that was RO51 NOB
