AM ordered just after 0730, contemplated both but holding off for the 36mm Everest.

    Cheers, Adam.

I'm thinking of doing a WW2 RAF watch and naming it as a tribute to Guy Gibson's dog.

Your AM is similar to Omega 6b/159.

Maybe a Longines or Movado or JLC 6B/159 white dial? Or Weems?

I'll give the US a bit longer to wake up and then I'll have to close ordering in an hour or so, I've now got over 100 watches to ship and a few strap orders.

It stood for 3:30AM for me. I thought they might sell out fast like Obris Morgan does. One to Michigan Eddie!

Nice company for my 2010 29b.

    Feeling a bit knackered. ;)

When I was in Hungary the international shipping was a similar price - but I found out that it was the same if I ordered more than one watch so that was my excuse

(Please have some in next Tuesday !)

From the numbers Eddie you mentioned 100 watches to ship ? Is that 40 air ministry sold of 100 and 60 of the 200 black regulars ?

The minimum charge is 0.5kg but with the box, it volumes up to 1.0kg. £32 doesn't cover the actual cost, full price is around £70 but my discount brings it down to between £34 and £37 unles it's what UPS class as a "remote area". I shipped one to Western Australia today which was classed as a remote area and the surcharge took it up to £67 but I still only charged £32.

Check out courier rates and see what full price is.

Thanks. The problem is when viewing on a phone that the right side where the prices are, is cut off. Maybe I need a phone the size of a meal tray

I can see prices if I rotate the phone horizontally... but normally held it is not visible (see below)

Thanks if you look above you’ll see that I had clicked on it. The choices are in the bottom of the screen. Anyway I’m good now but maybe something to think about in the store interface.

Congrats Eddie on such a successful launch!

Ordered the AM for my wife, who - after years of listening to me waffling about watches has finally caught the bug!

Couldn't resist going for the black-dialled one also for myself!

    Now the wait begins...........

There's been at least 2 occasions when i've had watches delivered, i've missed the postman by <10 min and i've walked down the street looking for them.

    They don't seem to mind

I've tomorrow off, in the kitchen on Thursday, and off early collecting a new car on Friday. So I'm anticipating Saturday at the sorting office before work at the earliest :(

Got my shipping notification today but will be at work from 6am. Have told my wife that there might be a delivery tomorrow but haven’t disclosed that it is a watch for me.....she probably thinks that I’ve ordered something from amazon again
