i have my two, an polar exp II 16750 and an omega 2254, although i keep wondering whether i should replace to 2254 with an aqua terra or a planet ocean.

Even with a collection as wide as yours, I find it hard to argue with your choices - a classic, really handsome sports watch, and a top-class dress watch with finishing to die for. Impeccable.
I think an A Lange & Sohne is my ultimate 'grail' end-piece - everything you'd ever want, attention to detail, a fascinating history, reasonably priced, and less ostentatious than many of their 'rivals'.
My choice would be:
G Shock 5600
Seiko sarb033
Gshock for the mountain/hiking/swimming/gardening/car maintenance/football/DIY
Sarb for everything else (Bracelet for casual. Black leather for dress)
