I really love this watch but with a lug to lug of 52mm I can't see it looking anything but daft on my 6.5" wrist sadly :(

I'd agree. It's borderline for me at 7.5".

Just a quick heads up - I have just ordered one of these, this morning, from Francis & Gaye,

They are priced at £452 and there is a 10% off code for Certina watches. Price is £406.80 delivered, a total bargain in my book.

Price has just gone back up (and only one left). Now back up to £565 less the 10% code

    Certina offering Basel 2018

I’ve had one arrive this morning from Watchshop, along with a Sea Turtle Conservation limited edition DS Powermatic 80 Diver (gorgeous inky black dial)

They were doing 20% off so I’ve got two divers, retro and modern, for £930.

Have a bit of a thing for sea turtles...

    Certina offering Basel 2018

I’ve had mine a day now and I’m blown away by the finishing and quality. I think this re-edition is amazing value for money, especially given the 80hr movement when compared to alternatives.

Its the M106, but the straps from Cousins will do the trick at a fraction of the cost.

Many thanks. Looks great, but having brought one for my Tudor I know they cost!

Are these the ones you mention at Cousins?

These are the ones I have been told about. I was going to buy a couple as spares but got side tracked with something else to try. (LINK)

Not bad on a Tropic either.

why have the swatch group used a lesser brand to parody an omega...when they could have had omega do it?

Not sure it's a "parody" of anything - rather a reissue of a model released by Certina in the 60's.
