Seems to work like Chrono24 in that it's just a shop window for other sellers.
Offers a 14day money back warranty but it seems to be impossible to ask any questions and there is no UK number listed.
Be interested if anyone has used it?

Says they are an intermediary but no details of where/who the watch is actually coming from....personally wouldnt go near anything on there
without at lot more details.

Whois shows it's a subsidiary of Watchland Corporation SL. Checking backwards to them suggests it's a legitimate company, but very small in size and only trading since 2016.

It's probably not a scam, rather another business trying at brokering high value luxury goods. The internet and low barriers to entry in this space means there will always be new companies, but there's an obvious risk, with no clear means of recompense if things fail mid-transaction and the business goes dark.

I've also been looking at them. Their ecommerce is a bit confusing (for me at least) as a watch I thought I was making an offer/enquiry about was sold. They have been super attentive in phoning me to let me know that, responding to WhatsApp messages and emailing me information on other alternatives.
