The dial is stunning. And it’s really light, very wearable despite its tank-like looks.
Lost my GS cherry the other day.... SBGA231

Just to say, accuracy-wise.... I know they say +/- 1sec/24hrs but I set it on Wednesday morning. Worn every day since. Checked again this morning.
Currently running at 0 secs deviation..... Outstanding!

My latest GS and first 9F, classic stripped back design, arrow head indices, unusual bevelled hands for a GS which are capped as well. Shimmering egg shell cream dial.

Love them. Tried one on at Seiko London. Ever seen the SBEX series from prospex, which are even bigger with less fully regulated hi beats?

If they did that case and dial combo with a Spring Drive movement I would be throwing money at the shop window waiting for it to open.
As an aside I have the Ltd Edition SBGA387 inbound. Already saw one in the metal which made me sniff one out at any cost. It's a collection killer. One of the nicest, highest quality watches I've ever handled in my life. It's Good Night Vienna to most of the rest of my collection now.
4520-8000 from the sixties..

Bezel is 42mm and you don’t really notice the rest.
I really do. Outstanding on the wrist. So functional too!
This one continues to monopolize my wrist. Less than 1s gained in six plus months.

Interesting that the seconds hand is in slightly different positions on each of those (tiny amounts, but interesting as it suggests either the angle of the photo was slightly different each time, or they don't all hit quite the same position).
@yonsson has one already so will be interested to hear his thoughts..
Yonson from here has one - looks fantastic !
