Great movement, sadly gold tone 70s Seikos don’t have that much of a following compared to the steel versions.
I have been offered this Seiko King Quartz 9923-7020
Help!

Twin quartz movement and gold for 150 quid.
Definitely would be worth it.
My son loves his gold seiko 5.
I have two Twin quartz Seiko’s, very good and very underrated.
That's a nice watch in good condition. The value will depend on where you are buying it from. You can get stainless versions with the same movement in as good nick from Japan for £100 but £150 doesn't seem too far off for one that is on Ebay and in the UK. The watches with the textured dials fetch quite a bit more.
I am a little suspicious of the bracelet, most King Quartzes I've seen don't have jubilee style bracelets but Seiko sold so many different models and combinations I wouldn't know without looking at the catalogue.
It is a bit of a rabbit hole to fall down, I have been teetering on the edge myself for a while now. Good luck.
Scrub my rubbish about the bracelet:
From the 1980 JDM catalogue.
I have my auto for just about $375
