    Smiths Clock

    New addition to the collection, nice bakelite case, all needs a good clean but keeping really good time now set up properly

    It has stamped inside KA 1356 done a bit of research but no real info of what this means...does anyone else know?

    I have an Ingersol pocket watch (made in USA) which has a similar 2-letter, 4-digit code number next to the Crows foot arrow.
    I assumed it was Canadian military, UK prison service, or none critical operations - e.g. stores or logistics.
    Any additional info is welcome

    It's not on the movement, it's on the inside of the case
