Here's mine, the fruits of 12 years of WISdom

Lots of Omegas, a few Seikos, a couple of G-Shocks, a Citizen, a Longines, a Certina, a Nomos Glashutte and a Rolex

More or less this, although I've replaced the Daytona for a Royal Oak and sold the JLC

It is, yes. I really like it and wear it all the time (usually on the leather strap, but sometimes the bracelet). It’s a really versatile and very classy watch imo. If you’re thinking about getting one then don’t hesitate

Definitely on my list. Really smart watch. I need to take a trip down to London to see on in the flesh.

A lovely collection. We really don’t see enough IWC 3714s on here, and it’s such a timeless design.

Thank you! And I agree about the Portuguese; they are massively underrated.

Mine’s a 3716- a limited edition which is basically the same as a 3714 but with a lacquered dial and in-house movement.

I'll bet. Surprised not to see a basic lowly sub on the top row but a sub might feel a bit meh amongst all those.

Where is the case from if you don't mind me asking?

Thank you. Always contemplated a sub, but i ended favouring the seadwellers. So i never got round to it.

Believe it or not, its one from ebay and for £12 its really good value and well made. Did consider a more premium version but i think this will do me, well made and a price point i dont need to worry about and keep the watches protected.

Thanks, I was hoping they did similar case a 3-5 watches which I could use when transporting as I don't really keep any watches at home apart from Seikos and G-shocks etc but no such luck. Loads of places do a nice posh case for 3 watches but it's crazy money and not designed to be thrown in a backpack.

Tempted by this but such overkill and dimensions won't fit where I store them unless I upgrade and pay double for storage.

    That looks nice. I had a similar dilema, want to be able to transport from and to the bank. I did think about getting two of these at first;

    https://www.amazon.co.uk/Jewelry-Dis...152031&sr=8-76

Seems a simple case for storage and travel. Inexpensive and reviews seemed adequate.

Have just purchased the 4l equivalent from solent plastics. Just over £30 delivered and enough for 8 watches. The family jokingly refer to it as something you'd keep the nuclear codes in. Great quality.

Finally got this autumn's arrival in the same place as my other remaining watches....

As you can see from the dates on the autos, it's been the manuals all the way since the evening of Christmas Eve!

I feel I've plenty of choice here and feel very happy with all of them.

So that means I won't be buying nothing in 2020? Right.

Double negative deliberately thrown in there - I look forward to the new arrival in 2020 😂

Using a double negative to intensify rather than contradict was a habit I picked up when living in the northwest

Have a look at this page. I bought the black two watch travel case and it is very good quality. A few options on their website.

Thanks for the suggestion. At the minute I'm using Tissot service cases which are the best cases I've found for travel but I would prefer something which takes 3 at a time.

    https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B078NDSN..._6CvcEbJ46NR1F

This case looks perfect but in the reviews there is a nice Rolex Sub with scratches on the bracelet from rubbing against the other watches so I will avoid. For now I will stick to using the Tissot cases.

That is such a difficult question to answer. My black deepsea was my Rolex and the one i wear most frequently of all my watches. But the SD43 is proportionally the best size for me and wears very well. If i could only have 1, i think it would be the SD4K.

While its the smallest of the sd collection, its one that wears so well and doesnt shout at you as much ad the others.

Btw I sent them a message on Amazon and said it would be nice if they had a 3 or a 5 watch box in the same design and then it would be used for travel. They sent me back an email after a few hours saying they will start developing the product. Very cool.

This tapatalk app makes it tricky to post pics on the iPhone - I choose the ‘best’ option when attaching it, but it comes out horribly (pic on the actual phone is good though)...

Thread resurrection for easily my favourite

8 months ago I got the call about a SD43, this spurred me to sell a few to fund a sure thing, instantly regretted letting them go.

The hurricane I managed to buy back 2 weeks later, the other 2 ( planet ocean and luminor) took a bit longer.....

The world is now at peace

At the start of lock down I was up to 12 but 3 sold in the last week as brought me back down to self imposed limit.

6 of these 10 came from the forum and only the Monaco has survived my membership from the start

  45. #345
Wow. And I thought I had an obsession when I got up to 28 lol.

    Back down to 12 now

More modest than some, but I like 'em. My final nine (?!). The only thing (attainable that is - I'd love a JLC Reverso) that I think I'd like to add, is a Sinn U50.
