You two really need to get a life, are we really discussing worktops now??????? LOL......

Pixie dust quartz with the mirror flecks in it, so footballers wives.... I had to put my foot down with Mrs P to agree to it.. It was only 'cause I worked really really hard last year on the extensions last year she allowed this in the new kitchen.

Now get this thread back on track Tony, no more kitchens.....

    Cheers Dave

Feel free to add your own.

    1st row:

Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Mil-Spec, Omega Seamaster 60th Anniversary, Rolex Submariner "Hulk", Glashutte Original Senator Perpetual Calendar

    2nd row:

Vacheron Constantin Overseas Chronograph, Rolex Submariner 5513 (1981 Mk IV Maxi), Dornbluth Kal 0.40, Patek Philippe Aquanaut

    3rd row:

Omega SM300 (LWC), Grand Seiko 130th Anniversary, Omega Speedmaster 60th Anniversary, Zenith Chronomaster Moonphase

    4th row:

Breitling Navitimer 806 (1966), Jeager LeCoultre K880 (1960 birth year), Panerai PAM512, Breitling Aerospace Night Mission

Despite the loss mentioned above it's still a lovely collection, and I've remained true to my objective set last year to stay between 34-42mm.

Right, let's see your one shot collection photos then...

    Very nice indeed

The thing about new kitchens is that somehow they always seem to cost too much. A load of tarted-up chipboard .....but new kitchens we must have. Orders from high command.

    Someone mention pixie dust quartz?

    Wasted on kitchens :)

Can’t work out to fit for more into one photo and haven’t got them all together for a proper shot.

My very small, but much loved, collection -- or, the beater and friends.

Dominant Germans at the rear. Swiss in front.

    Three "manufacture" movements, two quartz.

Only one Rolex (which won't change). Only one diver (which might).

Nice seeing an AP that's not an RO. Is that a Stowa on the right?

I really like the elegance of the AP Huitième (but am not a fan of RO).
Yes, Stowa Flieger sterile ETA 2824-2 "top" -- my least expensive watch by some way, but a very well made piece of kit indeed. I don't think it will be my last Stowa.

I once owned a Stowa jump hour from the 1970s exactly like this. That was pretty cool

Germany still has a love for "mechanical digital", as evidenced by the technical "tour de force" that is the ALS Zeitwerk. To borrow from Bosquet: "C’est magnifique, mais ce n’est pas la guerre: c'est de la folie"

All you need and then some! Fantastic collection and great picks (pun intended) of the most interesting brands, I’d say.

I kind of cheated a little. The sbge015 is incoming and hopefully I’ll have a Breitling B60 incoming soon as well.

Seen his GS collection in the flesh, it’s sick. Probably the most extensive SEIKO-collection there is.

    Oops. Sorry about that.
It was because of this place I bought it too.
...& It has prompted me to give it an outing this week.

Not much of a picture I'm afraid, but heres my little crew.

Sorting out the watch tray so seemed like a good time to take a pic...

Seiko 6138's are where it all started... the 0011 UFO to be exact after that it was a slippery slope. Always had a soft spot for Seiko and (clearly) a black dial :)... A couple of odds and sods didn't make it into the pic but that's pretty much it. Sub was the last to arrive for my 40th.

There are some lovely collections on this thread. This is an old picture so there have been a few new additions since then and even when I took the picture I forgot some but it is the majority of my collection.
I do not have the photographic skills of some on here do I have favoured the make a big pipe in the middle of the room technique...
