Thread: Strap adapters for Casio Protrek?

    Strap adapters for Casio Protrek?

    Evening all,

I've a Protrek that I'd like to put on a NATO, as the stock strap has always been uncomfortable. Anyone know where to source the adapters from? The only places I can find have been out of stock for months, with no response to emails regarding those products, so I suspect they're discontinued.

Mine's a PRW 1300Y, but many of the models seem to share similar hardware for straps.

    Hi Mike,

Unfortunately they're one of the places I'm referring to - no stock for months, and no response regarding when they'll be back in stock.

    Thank you though!

Have you tried these people who seem to specialize in adapters?

Finally found some PAW1500 adapters - they do not quite fit, but with some...persuasion they do.

Tiktox never responded, though I gather someone related to the site passed away so probably just a bit it an awful time for them. They've always shown as out of stock anyway.

    Jaysandkays never responded either.

But I finally found some on Watchband-Berlin and I think I got the last pair as they've been out of stock ever since:

Really very good service from them with the adapters arriving five days after ordering using standard post.

I contacted them previously but never got a response, so decided against using them. They do get mentioned frequently though so must be doing something right!

If you can find it, the PRW-1300YT titanium bracelet is fantastic and super comfortable.

I had no idea such a thing existed! Just found a few but all silver rather than black. Another waiting game.

    Many thanks
