I am sampling some rather nice beers in Ourense,saying that the cider in Asturia was to die for.
I should add I had parked my bike up first before I had beer.

Met a pal in a bar earlier just out my back where the ale is just about ok to make plans for next week's trip to the Toon for the Arsenal match. I had 4 pints of Stella, which was very nice! However not as nice as the Stella in Bourg d'Oisans at the Hotel des Alps in 2008, after we'd cycled up the Alpe d'Huez and descended for a swally . . .
Last night it was Hoegaarden ....very cold.

No photos, but currently on hols in Menorca and have just done a tapas trail with good mates, so had been a mixture of Estella, Cava, local wine and finishing off with a trip round the gin factory. Squiffy.

The curse of the regular and reliable Sunderland 20A bus, every half hour on Sundays, always time for a quicky before leaving . . .
