Mmmmm beer. What beer are we drinking tonight?

Did a bit of a fridge stock top up this week.
So far this evening, a bottle of Black Sheep Milk Stout, a bottle of Tim Taylor Landlord, a small can of Northern Monk Faith hazy pale ale and onto my last one for the evening, a can of Adnam’s Ghost Ship.

View inside the drinks fridge in the larder. It looked a bit better stocked a few days ago. The carrots are for the dog!!

If you’ve not used the new Sierra Nevada shop online, here’s £10 off for us both, if you spend over £50.

It’s cold chain shipped from the US and all the orders I’ve had have been very fresh.

Looking forward to Wet Hop and Celebration in a few weeks.

Mrs K was starting to get a little peeved with the lack of space in the kitchen fridge, so I solved the issue by buying my own.

Still a couple more flavours on order and then it'll be complete.

Thursday went to Ginversity at Margaret River Distillery to sample a few gins and had a pint of Beerfarm Hazy Standard , very good , similar to Northern Monk Faith.

Had a bottle of Old Speckled Hen tonight.

Very nice, light ale with plenty of flavour.

Morrisons have it for sale at 99p for 500ml at the moment.

Called to Granville’s on way to chippy, Wilde Child tap take-over! Just having a couple of halves, Thunder in Paradise Chocolate and Toasted Coconut stout- bounty in a glass and the Rik Van Nutter Chocolate Hazelnut Porter - definite toasty nut flavour.

11 -15 are cask lines , certainly more mouthfeel with his beers on cask , seem thinner on keg.

Been a while since I contributed to the thread, I hope all remain well. Couple of dark ones from the weekend, a deliciously dry stout from Drop Project and the return of a classic from Theakston. Last time I recall having a pint of OP was when I used to pull it on cask at The Bricklayers Arms, nr St Marks Flats in Leeds. I was a barman there while at Uni in the late 90’s!

Also been stocking g up for the season.

The wife was up in Ilkley and popped into Booths to get me supplies…

I’ve also taken advantage of some Black Friday weekend deals from Sureshot (new to me) and Duration (one of my favourite breweries in the U.K.).

Plenty to try in my new beer nerd glassware!

Mmmmm beer. What beer are we drinking tonight?

A beer called “insanely hoppy IPA”

I like a hoppy IPA, but I may have overreached myself on this one.

Fancied something fizzy for tonight's mcfc/lfc match so I've got a case of brewdog Lost Lager.

Out of interest, has anyone tried the limited edition "infused" range of those? I've had some lovely infused UPA beers but not experimented much with lager.

I mean... I bought them anyway so they'd better be palatable the Guava one sounds.... errrr.... interesting.

Reporting back, I've done one of each.
The lychee and lime is a bit funky but the others are lovely - blood orange shouldn't really work but it definitely does.
