Having a can tonight, picked up ten of these in Tesco, cardboard pack had split and been sellotaped so knocked down to £4.99

Me and Mrs K are off to the London Craft Beer Festival at Tobacco Docks on 10th August. 80 brewers and over 500 beers. Should be a cracking day.

That's a shame, their London Pride and Chiswick Bitter are excellent ales.

Indeed. That’s why I thought it worth a try. Alas no hops, so not an IPA IMHO.

Given that you often stay in a pub which has rooms I admire your consistency Alan!

PS. I've been having a glass or two of the lighter brews in the Vic lately in this warm spell. Nice and quenching before the Raven. ;-)

The beers great here but the banter is not up Vic standards

I can see why Marstons EPA is only a quid in Sainsburys, this is the most boring bottle of beer I've had in a while.

First time trying one of those beers that costs as much as a pint but only 330ml.

Can't say it is overwhelming good. If anything it tastes a bit soapy. Looks like someone else is enjoying it more than me.

    Started ordering beer from here

    https://www.flavourly.com/fourpure-x-flavourly/

Some of the offers are good (£1 a can) and beers are superb. Lots below 5/4% which I prefer.

A mighty selection there and a fine testament to the Brewers art.
