    Scurfa Bell Diver 1

Missed a recent post on SC, so took the plunge and bought RRP!

Arrived today and blimey, what a beauty! The dial is gorgeous, with the light changing its shade from light to dark grey. The indices within the rehaut are stunning. Very solid build, robust screw down crown with no wobble and a 120 solid click bezel which lines up perfectly.

The case measures 51mm lug to lug, 43mm wide excluding crown, 16 mm deep with a 22mm lug width. The rubber strap is soft and the watch sits very comfortably.

500m (tested by the watch owner himself at 151m of decompression) with Helios Escape Valve.

Not bad for £370 new and developed by a North Sea Diver.

The guy seems to make decent watches, its just that bloody logo that puts me right off them.

Each to there own I suppose. The logo doesn't bother me. The quality of the watch is fantastic for the money. Really like the Bell Diver.

I have had a couple as well. Enjoy!

    That looks very nice.
Always like finding out about a make I've not heard of.

Did they ever release a bracelet for this? on launch it was promised to the initial buyers that it would be made avaliable later at a discounted rate

I bought the watch with the intention of putting it on a bracelet but after ignored emails enquiring about the bracelet I gave up and moved it on

It was all a bit dissapointing for me, nice watch though congrats

I have one as my beater and really rate it as well, total bargain for what you get IMHO.

Re bracelet. I think its still on the cards to sell them separately but things can move slowly given the time he spends off shore.
Hopefully our patience will pay off

You've got some good images there, I may have to finally give in and get one.
After the recent arrival of my MS-17 to add to my Diver One I can't recommend Paul's watches highly enough.

No 44, I have the previous ceramic bezel version of the Diver One which in itself is excellent but the latest reincarnation is a noticeable step up in build quality.
It's made for Scurfa by the same maker as the Bell Diver.

I would not have been too worried if they had replied with any sort of timescale, ignoring customers is poor and you dont promise something to get sales and then just forget about it
