Yep very nice. I like grey straps far more than black.

Lovely watch and strap but not good together IMO. I just don't like subs on straps...bracelet yes, NATO yes, rubber ok. I think that strap would look fantastic on a DJ though. And the Sub brings back happy memories of my first Rolex, a 2 liner from 2006, stupidly traded on here and with a less than stand up chap that has always left a bitter taste...still lesson learned.

Very very nice combo mate but how come you got Dave Lee Travis to model it for you?

I had never heard of Dave Lee Travis before (had to Google him). Read a Telegraph article that said he was dubbed the ‘hairy cornflake’, so I assume that you’re referring to my hairy (read: manly) arm.

Anyway, that reminds me of one of the first wrist shots I posted here on TZ-UK many years ago. Someone commented, “nice watch, but how did you get the gorilla to hold his arm still?”

My kids love that story. If only I could transfer the hair from my arm to the back of my head.

And to those of you who prefer the look of the bracelet...so do I. I just can’t get a comfortable fit, so strap it is.
