As a Derby resident, I should point out that the address is an ex-Council House in one of the poorer parts of the city - hardly the place you'd expect someone to own a Rolex (never mind 3!)
If we all report as fake sooner or later eBay will pull the listings, I’ve reported all 3 !

Starting to like this guy, a bit of fighting spirit. Has he attempted to claim in his e-mails that the watches are genuine.
