Please stop posting this beauty - it is making me want one very much, and I do not need, cannot afford and will not wear one . . .

Haha thanks! I think Seiko definitely missed a beat with this watch by not also bundling it with a tropic strap and putting quick release bars on the bracelet. I mean sure the cost may have increased slightly, but it is a limited edition after all and at its current price it has sold out everywhere else with the last few remaining in the UK and some parts of the EU.

I imagine the last few UK stock will be gone soon so your concerns will soon be laid to rest!

The new Pelagos FXD is certainly looking nice! My mate is looking for one and has his name down at an AD to be notified when they get one in.

I have worn the tuna on a strap code oyster for a few years
I think it looks good, I just wish it had micro adjust or a divers extension

Dunno if anyone else can relate to this, but I've had a couple of straps over the years that didn't quite suit anything I had at the time, but I've thought 'one day I'll find the perfect watch for that strap'.

This is one of those straps, and I think I may have found the right watch?

Despite being a bona fide bracelet man I much prefer this on rubber:

It’s a long shot, but if anyone remembers selling me this strap it would be great if you could shed light on who made it, as I’ve had a couple of PM’s asking :)

Haveston canvas straps are great - I love them, and they only look better with age.

Just got this through the post for my BP.

They are from Cheapest NATO Straps, and yes, they're pretty cheap! But great fun for the money.

Spotted a picture of a 90's 50th Anniversary Monaco with a rather attractive strap. Asked a local TAG Heuer dealer to see if he could get one, a week later it arrived and cost a relatively inexpensive £90 for a TH strap.

A few before and afters to a couple of my blue Monaco's...rather nice I think.

Switched my GSOTM onto a DSOTM strap to give the head some contrast and make it less matchy matchy formal all in grey.

    I like the result.

On the orange theme, think this gives a great summer vibe. Not to everyone's taste of course.
