    I'll take Nearly, thank you!

The GS would be on the bracelet more if it had micro-adjustments, but it doesn't. It does come with 2x 2/3rd links, but it's not quite the same, is it.

I'll see if I can find anything else to put it on for you!

    It is not.

    What it is, is vexing.

And far too common. Yet my £300 Certina came with a terrific bracelet with ratcheting micro-adjustments... Yeesh...

I’m in awe of how bad some of these watch strap combos are. Keep it simple folks. And forget about NATO straps already

    No I do
    It’s something I would wear - It’s fun!
It’s better than 99% of the combos on the thread - but that’s not saying much

They are good, and competitively priced IMO.
One for fixed bars would be a bonus.

    Pro-tier trolling of the thread.

That Straton looks fine. The Hammy and the Smiths looks great, but the Seiko? What's the possible point of a 24hour bezel on a watch like that?

I have one on my LLD. It’s almost an identical match for the OEM strap but better made and cheaper. I like it so much I bought two more as spares. Let me know if you want any more pics. I think the 22/18mm taper looks amazing in this watch too and it feels really wrong on a 22/20 now.

Cheers got it from straposphere.com. Took about 3 weeks to get here from Singapore, which I didn’t think was too bad given current situation

I think both of these straps work quite well.
The DiModal on the Tutima is new on today and it’s the strap the watch has been crying out for. It was on a Bund which made it look too big and chunky.
The Tokkotai is on a green canvas Pav79 strap. It’s a bit short for me so i need to get a longer one but the quality is excellent.

Had this Tauchmeister* for a while - makes a superb beater for gardening &c, and is surprisingly easy to wear despite it's battleship scale 52mm diameter (ex crowns!) - but just couldn't settle on a strap: can't bear silicone, so its supplied strap was out, tried an assortment of leather and NATO and they looked like bits of string despite it being 24mm.

I purchased a cheap shark-mesh from Thiefbay to try with another watch a while ago, but it ended-up in a drawer, because the only way to adjust it was snipping-out the links, row-by-row! Since lockdown = time on hands , I sat-down yesterday and painstakingly snipped-out the links - each and every one needed cutting at 2 points to get it down to size, but the final result was worth it: it finally looks right and feels right. Result

    * fairly sure Tauchmeister-branded watches come out of the same Asian factory as Divex and Heimdallr - cases certainly look identical.

After your post I checked this a bit
I am.looking for a big watch for my fishing trips
One question: why does they write 1000m on the dial and 100m on specs (on their site)?
Did you tested the wayerproofing on yours by any chance?
    Thank you

I have no idea why the depths differ, probably a typo - for damn sure I won't be personally entering such depths!

It is certainly decently waterproof - a few days ago I scrubbed it in the handwash basin with an old toothbrush and soap to get rid of the wristcheese deposits...!

    Best regards, Jo.
I like that ensemble a very great deal - distinctly different in a good way

With the weather having been so warm an open-weave "Perlon" is a semi-permanent fitment to my U1 (to the disgust of some!).
