It is 0 ft = 0 m diver made from new old stock 1970s Swiss cases. Zero water resistance with push pull crown and presumably (their description) base metal case. New acrylic crystal and Sellita SW210 Elabore manual wind movement. Limited to 75 pieces.

It is an interesting idea. I would take this over a Timex Q Reissue, for example.
