Jokes aside, I have taken some profits here as insurance against a black swan, which feels increasingly inevitable.
At this point I can’t see what more China can offer fud-wise. As far as the crypto market is concerned they’re gone and we move on without them.
However this Evergrande thing isn’t going away, the can is just being kicked down the road. On the plus side, it will crash all markets and not just crypto, so our resident nemesis will be left just as poor as we are, whichever asset class it is that he does actually believe in!

I think it's sensible as long as you are consistent with your strategy. There are people who have reached life-changing outcomes with bitcoin or other crypto, it's just going to be more difficult given the high base.
