I put a couple of £k into bitcoin and various others in 2017 via Kucoin and after the crash decided to just leave it there. I had forgotten about it but have just received an email from them reminding me I still have coins on their exchange. I've forgotten my 2 step verification so have had to supply photos of myself with my driving license and they say I'll have access in a few days. Has anyone else been locked out like this?

This is from their email-
"There are still some crypto assets in your KuCoin account. Please use your E-mail to log into your account to check the balance. 
The price of BTC rose from $29,000 to $69,000, an increase of 230%
The price of ETH rose from $700 to $4,300, an increase of 600%

This is exactly what will happen to me in a few years. Shiba inu, cardano, etc. Multiples of £50 turned into 100's of k. The foresight!

I watched Shiny Flakes on Netflix recently, brilliant docu film and well worth a watch.

Without giving too much away he is a dark web drug dealer who got paid in Bitcoin, back when he was dealing BTC wasn’t worth nowhere near as much but there is a document in the film that said he received over 15k Bitcoin

I’ll not reveal anymore as it’s a good watch but 15k BTC!!
