Dreadful. Truly dreadful. Love the Speedy Tuesday and First Omega in Space or just the plain old Moonwatch. But this new series looks like a dog's dinner.

No for me I am afraid, looks like a range of blingy watches rather than aiming at the usual Speedmaster audience.

Totally agree with the above. Omega are trying to offer something for everyone but are just diluting the brand IMO.
This is not meant as a sexist remark, but do you think Omega are aiming at the female market with this range. Slightly smaller and the use of diamonds etc.
not for me. Most likely for a female audience.

Yep totally. They have had 37-38mm Speedmasters aimed at women for years and these are more of the same. If you don't like then it may be your level of testosterone rather than any inherent product failing. The Asian market also prefers smaller watches and some of those will appeal to blokes there too.

I quite like the green and gold one, although I can see it looking quite dated in a few years.
Quite like the light blue dial, must be my feminine side
'Vibrant colours', oval sub dials and diamonds are usually part of Omega's feminine design language. I like the proportions though.

Def aimed at the female market IMO. But I'd wear a few with security intact ... ;-) Looks like an attempt to win over the more affluent Michael Kors clients...

Oval didn't work well the first time round
Good luck everybody. Have a good one.
I was quite interested when I saw the title of this thread:my size at last, but as others have said way too blingy.
Not sure about co axial either.
This is not a new development as I noted above. There have been 37-38mm Speedmasters, often with oval dials and diamonds or precous metals for years. They used to fit them with the 3313 movement but now are using the column wheel 7750 derived 3330 by the looks of things, which means presumably they will be fatter and less elegant. I handled a 3313 one a while back, will try to find a pic.
Not really for me..but this has to be the pick of the bunch.

I don't think they're bad at all, lets face it these aren't aimed at the male market. I'm sure my wife would happily wear any of them, especially this one...
I'm not going to risk showing her.
I love the golden and green one without diamonds. Really looks great

Ovals...? Not for me and I wanted to like them.
I suppose on a positive note it's good that Omega appear to be catering for all and giving people plenty of choice, they shouldn't be knocked for doing that.
It would be boring if the 42mm moonwatch was the only option.
I think that they look truly awful.

Omegas limited edition Michael Kors range, surely those in the know will want to be on the list.
As you know, tact is my middle name.
Mind you I might not be able to contain myself when someone posts a picture of the boxes that these are supplied with. 6' X 4' handbag shaped ones perhaps? It wouldn't surprise me.

I think they're ok!
I won't be purchasing them (even if I had a huge discount) but that's because like most people on the forum I like the older more traditional look. These new 38mm are catering for today's market, they're using interesting colours and styling. They've brought the styling up to date. Good luck to Omega!

The only one I would wear.
A little echo of the GSOTM perhaps?
^^^^^^ Lol!

Certainly seem to be appealing to the female eye, the oval sub dials and date window really soften up the look in my opinion, as well as the smaller sizes and colours. I don't mind the black one myself, I also don't think the renders of them do a good job of showing them off, I think they will probably look a lot nicer in person. Still at a starting point of Ł3600 I myself would be getting a Speedmaster professional for just a little more, if I was choosing.
Those oval dials are all types of wrong!
I honestly didn't know. As you say, they are not labled as ladies watches like a lot of the Rolex range are and obviously I didn't want to offend any female members by giving them a girlie lable, hence the question was posed a little more seriously.
That blue'ish one on a steel bracelet would suit a bloke with a smaller wrist.
I doubt that it matters what 20 or so members of this Forum think, as long as there are women/small men/anyone who doesn't like big watches, out in the big wide world to afford the new range.
I don't think Omega will have a problem selling them.
Of course they won't.
I think many of them look great and imagine "in the metal" will feel great too. They fit a particular (and probably quite big) market segment very nicely.
Would I wear one? Of course not, because they're girls watches, but they are very nice all the same.
I don't think they're too bad, but not worth the extra paid above the moonwatch. That being said the coaxial has a much longer warranty does it bit?
Does the chronometer rating not have a value in itself?
But there is already "a selection of Speedmasters especially for women": link.
