    ios 10 on 5c?

thinking of upgrading my 5C to ios 10.3.2 from 8.4, is it worth it or will it slow up the phone lots?

Kids running it fine, although they do have a constant storage battle, not sure if this is made worse by iOS 10 or not.

I don't think there is an easy path back once upgraded?

I have no experience of iOS 10 on a 5c so can't comment on the performance aspects. I think it's worth noting that iOS 11 does not support the 5c so I expect any future security updates for the 5c would be made in iOS 10. If you want to keep your device secure that would probably be the best OS to run on it. This is speculation on my part of course.

    This from Forbes magazine . . .

"When you run the iOS 10.3 update, the installer converts your iOS device to the new APFS file system, which could mean an update that takes a little longer than usual. But it has the potential for significant benefits in terms of freeing up space."

The writer gained 2gb of space on a 32gb 7+, personally I gained approx 5gb IIRC on a 64gb 6 (it may have been 7 or 8 but I'm erring on the side of caution) The actual update is smaller and the new file system Apple uses now is more efficient.
