What time will it be on in the UK? I won't be paying £80 but happy to watch it in the pub if it's on at a reasonable time.

It's in Vegas. The £80 is what it's going to cost in the US, but that's par for the course over there, a lot of high profile PPVs are around $100. We're not going to stomach that over here so I expect it to be around £20.

WWE and UFC PPVs cost $50 - $60 in the states. It's crazy, I'd never pay that much.

Just seen it. They're both knobs but McGregor is an absolute twat. At the end of the day he's a big cheese in a minority sport but a complete nobody in the wider sporting world. Can't stand him.

You can't argue with the marketing. However tacky and obviously contrived the whole show is, the punters are lapping it up.

I was in Vegas 2 weeks ago and they were stuffing this down everyone's throat endlessly. My overall feeling was the people really weren't that bothered and that everyone is aware it is a money making freak show.
