The Pam 243 Raffle - Winning ticket

I've not even looked at the list yet but congratulations No. 119

I videoed Mrs Maseman making the draw if you guys want to see it posted.

Fantastic response everybody. Total raised £10,850 which means charities stand to benefit to the tune of £6,600 !!!!

I will contact Paul's son tonight.

This is such a good community of people. Special thanks to verv who floated the raffle idea in the first place and of course
to Eddie for letting it happen.

    RIP Paul

    Iain

Hi everyone. I am in complete and utter shock - I bought a ticket simply as a small token of respect for Paul and Iain's tremendous efforts in organising the raffle itself.

Having never won as much as a brass farthing in the past I think I need to let this sink in for a while

Thanks again to Iain, Eddie and of course Paul's family. This is a fantastic community

Having woken up and realised this actually did happen I'd like share my enormous chunk of good fortune by adding £400 to take us up to £7000 for Paul's family's chosen charities. I'll also contribute to the fundraiser, and finally I will make a donation to CALM (The Campaign Against Living Miserably), a small charity doing some very good work for men's mental health (https://www.thecalmzone.net). I lost a friend to suicide a couple of years ago, something I think about every single day.

Anyway, happy Friday everyone. Iain as you know I'm currently away but will be in touch next Tuesday to sort the additional donation out.
