Remembrance Day here in The Netherlands. I suppose that's why Star Wars Day didn't catch on this side of the pond. Since the end of WWII, May 4 is Remembrance Day accompanied with May 5: Liberation Day.

Very appropriate choice, as that was one of our own forum members who created that Boba Fett.

I must admit, I've never got a day based around linking the date and saying a famous line from the Star Wars film with a speech impediment?! Seems a bit lame?

    Harmless fun though I suppose...

A belated celebration for me with the order of a K2SO droid at 40% off from the Lego store, a Slave 1 UCS and free mini R2D2, I was tempted to order the new UCS Snow Speeder too and the UCS Tie Fighter, but showed admirable restraint.

I don't celebrate May 4th as SW day. That honor goes to May 25th the release date of Star Wars here in the US.
