Page & Cooper now official Sinn Service Centre...

Just had this hit my email:

    https://www.pageandcooper.com/blog/o...entre-sinn-uk/

Now we don't have to send stuff back to Germany. I wonder if they can do a case refinish on my 656?

    Are they any good, though?

You would assume having just been certified the only Sinn service centre in the UK, that they are.

I've always been impressed by their customer service when buying from them, but never sent anything in for a service.

Hmm, always liked the look of the Sinn U1,2,UX when they pop up in SC, but having to send them away has been a deciding factor in not making a move. God damn this forum!

They sorted out a warranty repair on my Marathon quickly and with no drama at all.

I think I would rather send it back to Frankfurt.

I'm not sure I like the idea of getting my EZM 2 serviced and oil-filled by Jonathan and co

EDIT: I didn't watch the video but who's the trainee undertaker sitting next to Jonathan?

...and for the other side I bought my first Sinn from Jura no problems. My second was from Chronomaster and I wasn't happy with the black finish, it was returned to Germany no questions asked, Neil managed the whole thing without a hitch.

I guess everyone drops the ball occasionally. Will be interested to see what people's experiences are like as it seems less of a faff than sending to Frankfurt.
