No they are still trading, they have lost their rolex franchise though

Is this the end of Leonard Dews now?
Can't post a pic as Photobucket is being silly.

Does anyone know what Rolex models they have left ?
They cannot be discounting Rolex too much if indeed they have any. It would be far more sensible to chop them in at Watchfinder or Inconic etc.
Any update on this? What Rolex do they have?

The Rolex are mainly datejust and day date models. They have a 41mm datejust bimetal and a platinum yachtmaster at 25% off

I'd be surprised if they were around for much longer. They were looking to sell up before the Rolex 'mishap', and the IOM shop was the first casualty. I assume they've still got Patek in Blackpool, but with no Rolex, there's a bit of a gap between PP and everything else they sell.
I wonder if they've reduced the remainder of Tudor stock beyond the 25% they've had for a while.
I thought I'd add some info to the thread from my experience today. Obviously, I sold the YM I picked up, but I did also get a fantastic GMT TT which was what I was after. I couldn't believe my luck!
You'll want to know what else is there. I can only state what I saw early this morning so most of it may have sold, but...
There were a lot of other Rolex including a white gold bracelet Sky-Dweller with 25% off, lots of 36mm Datejust models, the 60th anniversary green Day-Date (228235), womens' Rolex models etc. There were Bremonts including the ALT1-Z, quite a few TAG Heuer such as Carreras and F!/Aquaracer types, and also a row of Omega watches such as a bi-metal 9300 Seamaster Chrono GMT.
In all, there must have been 100 watches for sale. If I'd have been less busy and not rushing as much, I'd have posted this much earlier but hopefully you can still grab some bargains.
It's a real shame Rolex pulled away from this dealer as they're simply the best AD I've ever come across. Friendly, helpful, they don't mind about stickers and tags, and they don't mind pedantic collectors like myself. Buy with full confidence.

The IOM shop was brilliant, and it's such a shame it had to close through no fault of its own. Thankfully there's a replacement in the pipeline.
I was there today. Picked up the Tudor Herritage Advisor on bracelet for a friend for £2700 down from £4160 which was a good price. He has now decided he doesn't like it so it may well be coming my way. Most of the sale stuff was inside and not on display in the Windows.
Chris
are the prices indicated the sale prices?
Thanks for the thread. Any idea of the price of the ever rose yacht master?

Any ideas?
15% on these. I don't believe the bi-metal has the extra 10% on top but they're still excellent prices. Just to state, the Rose YM is a mid-size from memory, but I could be wrong. Also, make sure you have decent wrists as personally, I've tried that rolex rubber band and it looked silly on my wrist due to how much the metal inside makes it jut out.
I was all excited about the anniversary DD until I saw the faint model number! I'm after the WG version.
I wonder if those date just models will go for a bigger discount if they hang around?
Or would they go to another dealer?
I got my Breitling from there in 2015 at 40% discount, I know that's a Breitling and not a Rolex, but it does make you think!

With me only being a 15 min drive away I might have a run down there for something to do, beats Sky TV and the weathers to crappy to do anything else lol

Brilliant, thanks matt
No probs mate, I don't need much encouragement to go and ogle the wrist candy, I was chatting with James for a while he mentioned you came in, he also showed me a Bremont Watch I liked the look of, they look an amazing quality piece and it was the first time I've handled one in the flesh so to speak :)

ohh which Bremont out of interest ?
That's a good buy for someone. I love mine.
[QUOTE=Matt68;4285418]Aghh, I didn't take note of the model number sorry, if I can find a pic on the net I will post a pic

I was considering that as well Matt. It's probably the only appealing Bremont for me in the entire lineup now.
Great thread and heads up, well done gents.
Off topic, it is sad to hear another ad loses the franchise. Just heard my local independent ad has also been served notice, likely to move to the new chain in the area. Damn shame that Independents are going this way, I really don't like the larger chains for service and relationship.
