Great spot
Had to come back to this.
Very cool, you should keep passing to see if you can get the shot without the car in it.
I love that the inside face of 29As alcove matches the top brick face of the same plane.
That's round the corner from me

Particularly good that 29A is a little smaller than 29B
So are you buying a house or a watch?....... Or both
If I had come across them when the date was 28/01 I might have perished with delight
Someone's going to have to explain this one to me!
I had already reversed a bit having decided to take a shot and I held the phone sideways in my hands while looking down the street, trying to look very casual. I doubt it would have fooled anyone. Will try again sometime. Also there was a Continental Mark IV a few houses earlier I want to gawp at again.
Hmmm I still don't get it!? :headscratching:

If this is going over your head, you're really missing nothing - there's nothing clever here, just an example of how stupidly overpreoccupied I am by watches. A couple of days ago I calculated how many units of gas I had used in my flat over the last 12 months. Immediately, I thought, oh, 1002, that's the ref. for the 34mm OP in the seventies.
The name of the road was a nice touch, I thought

29B is a clue. As is 29A. And it is watch related.
