I’ve had this Seamaster for years now and always gravitate back to it.
Watch Doctor in Tring have recently changed the pins and given it a polish, returned to me looking mint bar a few marks on the bezel!IMG_3250.JPG

Speedmaster reduced. Not a great photo but trying to highlight dial detail. Had this watch for around 16 years.

I used to own the blue version.. it is one of the most versatile watch I’ve ever had, truly a great watch IMO. Alas it was a bit too dressy for me, so o traded it in for a more “ulilitarian” looking watch..

But a dress watch is a must, and this one turned out to be it for me

(Apologies for the “noir” looking pictures, new and better lenses have arranged yesterday, and I’m now planning to re-photograph all of my watches)

Lastly.. 2 constellation, both from the late 80’s

    First.. a constellation Manhattan cal.1111

One more to show the ‘stardust’ dial

And second.. a quartz constellation day/date

What’s nice about this one, is the colour of the dial... it’s grey/silver, but it turns into a cream/y colour under certain light..

    Regards, Claudio

Perhaps it’s down to the sheer number of watches they release and release and release but Omega make some handsome pieces!

    Looks fantastic!

I sold my Speedmaster auto recently and if I ever get around to buying a manual speedy, I'll definitely be putting it on a Staib mesh.

So I have had this up on SC, but during that time I also bought the rubber strap from someone on the forum (just to see if it was worth the money) and I’ve been wearing it now since Friday.
I’m growing much more fond of it than expected, and am now not looking to push selling it (if someone really wants it, OK, as I am a bit of a rash flipper).

It’s on right now as I go to Spain for 10 days, so will be my only watch and get a good outing.... but I’m really loving the glossy dial and ceramic bezel insert, the applied logo and markers are excellent and the skeleton hands are even growing on me after not taking to them initially. It’s looks high end but is also quite discreet. And it wears very small - it’s sleek and light, really comfy on the rubber (as was the bracelet to be fair).

Only gripe I still have is I think the bracelet wears too big for the watch. If it tapered to 18mm at the buckle, it would be perfect - but 20mm all the way round looks, to me, like quite a big bit of jewellery.

Here’s mine, the seamaster 300 is now gone to a new home to make way for the new model.

I've replied multiple times to "what watch sale have you regretted" topics with the same reply - the titanium Seamaster 2231.50. Now, by chance, I saw a local dealer offering one for sale and immediately snapped it up. I just had it checked and it runs great and is fully waterproof.

It's just a great watch, just the right compromise of tool watch and cool watch! This time I will not let it go...

Thanks, Raj. I’d have to agree.
It’s difficult to wear though as I never remember to look at the time when I go to look at the time.

I’m with you notenoughwrists, the bracelet is far too bling for me but I love the Omega nato look.

Does anyone know when the 2019 Omega watches will be announced? I know that there was a private Baselworld equivalent with supposedly a public/press event to follow, but I can't see when it is.

There has been speculation about a new flightmaster given that model's 50th anniversary, that's what I'm interested in.

I’v had many Omega’s and one lasted: a sm300 titanium electric blue. Ref. 22318000

    The most comfortable watch ever!

I would love a new Speedmaster with 321 movement, but that price…
