I spotted another nice example the other day. £2500 might be a little steep, but it has been back to Omega and comes with a 2yr warranty.

The never to be sold core of my collection. Modern 1957 get together!

My last Omega and easily the best one I've owned, sadly on Sc due to a consolidation of the collection.
Grade 5 ti case and DIAL! Dial us bead blasted and is a great effect that changes shade in the light. The red accents really pop and the cereamic bezel with its polished numerals is a work of art, depending on the light they can be almost invisible to diamond like shine.
A fantastic piece, shame the RRP was £5000!
I've never seen another in the wild?
Love the blue!
I certainly appreciate these two
Tintin day today!

The thing I love about Omega is the variety of watches in their back catalogue as well as a strong current brand.
Here are mine:
Let's see what Baselworld 2017 brings, until then I'm happily rotating these ones

Thanks!
The Speedy was worn when my first born arrived last month so it will get locked away for him till he's 21. So thinking I might grab a 1957 broad arrow in its place? Not sure yet.

What are the 50th anniversary GMT's like to wear?
Is the black and white bezel a bit blingy?
Saw the ceramic one at the weekend and it's awful. Far too bright and contrasty.
Had 7 of them :
My first was the Sochi Plant Ocean LE
but found it too big, so flipped it and bought the GMT Goodplanet :
Then flipped for a 42mm Planet Ocean :
Next up was the Seamaster 300 Spectre LE :
And then back to a GMT Goodplanet :
Then my first Speedmaster, a 57 :
Finally, and my current Omega, my DSOTM :

There are some really stunning Omegas in this thread, both vintage and modern.
My humble AT, on my wrist for the rest of the weekend.
