Should I expect to a discount on a new Cartier Tank Francais??

As the title suggests, I am looking at a new Cartier for my wife, but not sure what the reality is with regards to discounts on these watches.

The list for the small sized stainless is £2590, is it reasonable to expect a discount and if so what sort of size?

Expect? No. Ask and possibly get, yes.

Very tricky, as some Cartier retailers will not negotiate, whilst others will. I do no have details of the more friendly ones though, sorry.

25% used to be easy many years ago. But I struggled to have 10% agreed when looking last year at a Santos, so didn't proceed with the purchase.
