Never used them myself but they have popped up a few times while I've been searching for things in the past. There prices have always seemed too good to be true tbh.
Ordered a watch from these guys, who despite being a co.uk are clearly based in China/Hong Kong.
Read a huge variety of reviews, so was wondering whether any fellow TZers had any experience of using them?

So far, here is my personal experience.....
Placed an order on Friday 9th, long after they had closed (HK time) and received an immediate acknowledgement of my order.
Today (12th) received an email saying that my order is being packed in preparation for dispatch.
Another eGlobal email (good updates so far) on the 13th, and that is my watch dispatched from Hong Kong. Hopefully it will arrive early next week?
My wife's ordered my Christmas present from them (a camera lens). It's yet to turn up, two weeks since ordering.
Ordered a Seiko Turtle a few times for modding projects (for other forummembers) about 2-3 months ago.
- Shipping took about 2 weeks
- Watches were ok (typical issues like the alignment of chapter ring, dent in bezel, alignment of date was of, etc.)
- Packed in Seiko Box, but no paperwork, no warranty card, etc.
It seems prices are different per country, at that time the price on the dutch .nl site was € 239 (about GBP190) and on the german .de site it was € 265.
The best thing.... no custom charges.
My order was successfully delivered today (17th) which was 8 days after ordering. Pretty respectable from Hong Kong, especially around the festive period.
As expected, the watch is perfect, and here is everything that it came with....
For the saving, and from my experience, I would definitely buy from them again.
Anyone with any other experiences?
Just to update my experience. The lens arrived in time for Christmas and I'm very pleased with it.
As I alluded to in an above post, I did buy from them again. My second purchase was as easy as the first
Thanks guys, off to place an order.
I'm typing on a Samsung Galaxy S2 8.0 LTE tab in white that I bought from them mainly because I couldn't find it anywhere on sale in the UK.
It took a while as it was out of stock but came after a few weeks and I'm chuffed to bits with it. It was delivered from within the UK by DPD so no customs issues.
I would buy from then again for sure.
Like others i was a bit sceptical about them as there are a lot of negative reviews. But this may be because they have a very high turnover and you are always going to get a fair % of complaints. Their ebay feedback seems reasonable. I ordered a Sony MP3 player and took s couple of weeks to arrive, no customs issues (i think that they sometimes dropship from Europe). I would use them again (i periodically get discount codes) as they are always cheaper tban anyone else :)
ordered a Lumix LX100 compact and Olympus lens both arrived as if from a UK supplier time wise so no complaints from me.
bombed out with e-mails thou!
Dave
I bough a Mac Mini from them a few years ago, and it did arrive OK, but the package was marked as 'power supply, value $20' from Hong Kong. I expect I'd have been in trouble if anyone had checked that. It's a VAT and import tax avoidance scheme :(
A bit of a thread resurrection, but a good price on a Sumo (blue) came up when searching for a Sumo review so I took a chance and ordered one on 4th June - I couldn't get the tracking number to work, but it arrived today via DPD. I had just sent their customer support an email saying I wasn't sure what was happening and they replied a couple of hours later, saying 'we see it's arrived'!
It looks great - everything lined up, set nicely and crown operates as it should, nice Seiko box (tiny crumple on one corner - so small I didn't notice it at first). No Seiko warranty card - it comes with a one year warranty from eglobal - so glad it's all in order!
Rather a lot of emails advising of progress or more deals, but other than that, I'm happy!
They haven't a huge range - 33 Seikos at the moment, I think. They sell lots of other stuff!
Just had 2 more items delivered today.
Ordered on the same day, although separately, and paid for one to come via insured delivery, and the other via free delivery.
The insured (more expensive item) arrived today, after 6 days (4 working) delivered by UPS.
The other item (free delivery) also arrived today, delivered by DPD, and requiring a signature.
Both items arrived in perfect order, and exactly what I wanted
Recently bought a dual sim S8 from them. Delivered in a about a week. No Duty or Tax payable. Think it was despatched from a EU (Ireland?) warehouse. No issues or complaints so far. I would definitely buy from them again.
Now to get my dual sim S7 edge on SC .
Bought a BlackVue car cam and an iPhone6...two separate transactions.
Car cam went tits up, filled online faulty goods form, sent faulty camera back, replacement took about 10 days.
10/10.
Recommended.
Just an update to this thread.
Ordered a Casio PRW6100fc from them as it's far cheaper than anywhere else i can get it as it's a JDM model.
Let's wait and see.
All seems to be good so far. I’ll be interested to see how the pro trek goes, should be all in good order like the rest.
Ordered an expensive camera lens with no problem.
Think that Protrek on SC is much cheaper on eGlobal.
Just ordered a Canon G9x from this site, will update on receipt
I bought a Xiaomi mobile phone off them for my daughter, all arrived in 8 days, fully sealed box, all UK spec phone and charger.
Definately will use again.
ASUS router arrived today.
Looks okay apart from had US/Japanese mains lead. Wouldn’t be a problem but they supplied a potentially lethal adapter - no shutter and unfused.
Another order. From order to delivery (UPS) was 5 days.
Item arrived absolutely superb.
