Is this Breitling SuperOcean real? A17384

Been looking about and found this? What's your thoughts as I know a lot of you guys can call a fake at 40yards!

I know the pictures aren't the greatest but what's your thoughts?

    Cheers Andy

I'll go with my usual response. If you have to ask if it's a fake, it probably is.

I think it is a fake. That model has a rubber like bezel and that one seems to be metallic

The AR coating looks a bit iffy.

Plenty clued up members above... Fake, and not even a convincing one.

Cheers guys for the helpful replies.

TBH I did think it was a wrong un but like to see what specific points you'd highlight.

    Not buying it.

As always, if its too cheap, there is a reason.

Hour markers on the rehaut aren't lumed either. Another indication that it's a bad'un.

Definitely the wrong box and as others have said it looks like a fake. Also what paperwork comes with it?

Having the wrong box doesn't mean it's a fake, plenty of watches are sold without boxes, the person could have put it into a random/cheap box that he bought after without managing to have the correct box. But the seller should definitly explain it and show proofs if this watch is authentic

You're right, the box doesn't prove it's fake but a blind man in a dark room with his eyes closed could see that's a wrong un!

If you see a watch like that, run for the hills, and don't look back. Avoid at all costs.

The box isn't the problem. Every other aspect of the watch is.

If the watch is the correct 42mm for this model then it's probably real as they do make a really really good fake of it in that size but there is not a rep pro2 bracelet to fit it. If it's actually 44mm and non rubber bezel than it's a fake if it's on the bracelet
