I can only presume it would show that they can get them... despite the fact any AD 'can' get them.
They also had a white and black ceramic say 6 weeks back, but again I just presumed spoken for. Again, on display in the window.
They are displayed until the owners come to collect.
Well that explains it then, not bothered as I doubt it had been tried on etc
Many years ago they had a stainless steel Daytona in the window (the Rolex window) and when I ran in to buy it was told it was already 'spoken for' but then was informed that I could have one immediately for £5000 (told you it was a long time ago), I declined and went off grumbling.
In retrospect selling over rrp doesn't upset me anything like it did then but i found the sheer oily bravado of the manager unpleasant and rather unsettling at the time.

I’m happy and there’s no strain here. I gain what I want here and that is all that matters. That said, anyone looking in can see why, as it seems the longer you are here, the more relentlessly pathetic you get. Maybe time to jump ship now?
