Harrods watch area Rolex- OP 36mm black dial and at least 2 DJ on oyster with steel bezel, one white and one black. Didn’t check the size though- sorry!
Lovely Daytona that. Cannot make it out from the pic...what reference is that?

Excellent! I was hoping it was this one when I saw your post on the incomings thread. One rarely, if ever, sees this model in the window but IMO it is the most beautiful watch that Rolex offer today; absolutely stunning. I would have bought it myself had I not picked up a 116503 a few days earlier. Even then I had to tear myself away from that window :-). Enjoy it.

Same one comes with oysterflex with ceramic bezel. Is that correct? It really is stunning.

Lush, you must feel like the dog with 2 dooh dahs!
Haha.... it feels like a special piece for sure, but I’m looking at it as an exit piece... my plan is to reduce my collection to just a few special watches that will get worn, and then give the whole watch thing up..
I’ve only been able to buy a piece like this, because of the ridiculous situation and high prices of sports steel watches, which I’ve been lucky enough to get hold of, but will now be sold on to pay for this...
Stunning watch. That is some weight. I had a Hamilton diver on a bracelet that weighed in a little over 200g and I always used to feel like I had half a house brick strapped to my wrist.
Any chance of an outside shot in natural light. In the shop window the dial looks a shade of Silver or Grey, but on your wrist under house lights the whole thing almost looks yellow gold with a champagne coloured dial. Would love to see an accurate photo 👍
[QUOTE=Enoch;5248248]It certainly is... 220g with all links..
That does look nice, congratulations, good heads up.
Lovely, lovely watch, enjoy!

Seriously cool Daytona!
Big fan of wg watches.
Form an orderly queue for this one...
I was in Irvine (KA12 postcode) yesterday. Possibly the second-most run-down town in North Ayrshire (Saltcoats is worse!).
H&T Pawnbrokers had a 114060 in the window for £9.45k, which is more expensive than similar models on Watchfinder. It includes their own Certificate of Authenticity, so probably no B&P.

Pragnell Stratford-Upon-Avon Wednesday: full YG blue dial Sub and YG Daytona on Oysterflex. Not exactly in the window but on display inside.

Not sure if this is a great deal or not, or whether a change in caseback in a couple of years might be a reasonable expense......
