Being a lefty myself, this watch is definitely on my radar. Yes, I also know it is discontinued (right?) so I should not wait too long.

This arrived a few days ago, had one before but let it go and always hankered for another. Not too sure, doesn't feel the same.

First one is from Higuchi in Japan , must be 15 years old, lume fantastic and perpetual calendar working as it should.
Larger numbers make it seem to wear larger than the second UK model

I've only ever owned a couple of Citizens and both were NY00 divers which I really liked. That is until I ordered one of these a few days ago....

Untitled by David Douglas, on Flickr

....which hasn't arrived yet but I'll post again when it does. I'm sure it'll be lovely but can it replace my Seiko SNZG013J?

My everything beater watcher that isn’t plastic.... 300m great lume.... who could ask for more. Well... a bit bigger would be good. I had bought it for my wife but ended up wearing it more than her!

Probably the best cheapest watch I’ll ever buy!

It is a very small watch hence purchasing it for my 5’2 wife. But being small its easy to wear. That and I’m not trying to make up for anything else.... my nose is big enough! Ego doesn’t come into it ;-)

Would you believe I've never tried it on a strap? It's screaming for it too.

I have two Citizens. A Royal Marines titanium watch and a classic Promaster. Very happy with both!

Hehe there’s nothing like “discovering” a watch brand. Renews the hobby for me every time.

Citizen Royal Marines diver 300m titanium limited edition for me today - sapphire crystal, eco-drive, easily adjustable bracelet extension. Hard to find, lightweight on the wrist and robust.

Nice to see the Citizens still holding out! I have gone back to a Prime, with a bracelet this time around, which is difficult to beat for the price.

    GPS magic

This thread was buried a fair way back, I decided to resurrect it. So, after replacing the horrible black leather strap it arrived on (with a Nato) and resolving the "leap second" issue (which I didn't even know about) with the help of a couple of forum guys I present.............

............the new kid on the block: a Citizen GPS model something or other.

It looks great, wears great and will now be my daily wearer until further notice. I might even read the instructions.

Now I know what I am doing with these things I decided to stock up. Added the silver one and in person its a stunner. Just giving them the leap second treatment which seems to take around 10 to 15 minutes.

All the different shades of colour on that fantastic silver dial, as the light plays across it, is mesmerising.

Had mine a few years now and one of my best holiday watches as within a few minutes of arriving in any country it is always the correct time.

Do keep looking and seeing if i should buy another.

    BN0118

Picked up the BN0118 in a 20% off sale for £240. It arrived this morning and I'm really pleased with it. Got to leave it outside today and it will hopefully see the sun a bit later, it has the 2 second low power tick. Looking forward to a bit of strap action tomorrow.

Here it is, modelling with the Explorer.

Couldn't wait for the strap change, had to get it done. I love the green strap on these.

    I have 3 currently...

First is great quartz 40mm vintage style diver. Lately wife wears it more than me.

Second is practically unobtaniun JDM 42mm diver. Only Eco Drive I have seen that does not have Eco Drive on the dial.

And lastly good old NY0040 in blue.

All of them are great pieces for low prices.

Though most of my watches have Citizen/Miyota movements (I'm a great fan of the 3510 chrono-alarm, IMO the best analogue quartz movement ever), this is my only Citizen-branded watch:

I love its dual countdown timers (the yachting even has an autochronograph) and the alarm is quite loud, but given the time when it was designed, mid-1990s, some areas are lacking a bit to be honest: only one alarm, only 60 mins chronograph/CDTs, and the accuracy is only +/-45 sec/month - and mine seems to be consistently at right around -45 ...

Great to see the Citizens holding their own, here is my updated gang now I have Ray back in the fold.

The original style wins for me however good the new version is, lower profile, cleaner dial and less obtrusive rehaut ring.
