The Breitling one was the Chronomat, plus Citizen also did/do a red arrows model I think.
Zero results on Google for 'rolex red arrows' so I suspect you're probably right.
I was chatting to a fellow watch nerd earlier today and he kept talking about a Rolex 'Red Arrows' special edition that he was on the look out for. I know Brietling have these in their line up but Rolex? I can't find anything online about such a watch. I'm convinced he is mistaken but does anyone know of such a watch?

Rolex Red Submariner or Rolex SeaDweller Deepsea Red.
Nothing else springs to mind.

Officially, still think they get Breitlings. Maybe at some point privately the team had a Rolex made up, a bit like the Apache Exp 2? With current supply issues, I would assume if this happened, it was a few years ago. I've never seen mention of one though so I think it is either unlikely or none were passed on.
Could it be a standard watch with an aftermarket case back such as the Sea King GMT or the SRR Ex 2?
Not heard of a Rolex one and suspect the chap is mistaken.
Here's one of the Breitling versions, now sold and so I hope ok to link :

Just read this thread, having seen a great pic of a ploprof on the thread below I’m surprised there’s not a ‘ploprof millennium Falcon’ special edition - I mean, the shape of the case, come on! - I’ll get my coat …..

Thanks for the responses. I think it's fair to say that, as I expected, the gentleman is mistaken. There's quite a bit more to this story and depending on how things go I may share it with you.
I've only ever heard about the Citizen ones I didn't realise Breitling done one, not my cup of tea if I'm honest
