I'm looking to purchase my first Seiko. Looking for a blue faced quartz diver. I particularly like the SBDN003 but looks to have been discontinued. The new reference number is SBDN013 but having trouble sourcing from a reputable seller either inside or outside Japan. Creation Watches do not have it in stock so guidance on where else to go is most welcome.

I bought one from shoppinginjapan a while ago. It was tiny for a diver (quite thick case but very small dial) and I moved it on - and I say that as someone who likes smaller watches.
Try solojapan on eBay. Pm him, he can get nearly anything and ships from Spain so no extra taxes.
